365 days a year just the right place for your holiday.

There is always something happening in Groemitz, our events calendar is brimming all year round with extraordinary highlights that no one else offers. You want a foretaste? Sure.

Every year in March we chase away the winter spirit with a huge fire called
“Biikebrennen”, a torchlight procession and live music.
Then the way is cleared for hundreds of colorful kites in the April sky - a wonderful festival for the whole family.
A varied program is also offered over the Easter holidays especially for parents and children.

BMW Sailing Cup

The summer is going to be sporty in Groemitz: for example in June the Super-Sail-Tour starts, the exceptional event for all catamaran fans accompanied by a cheerful display of food stands and live music in the marina area.

Don’t forget to make a note for September: amateur sailors fight for a place in the German finals of the BMW Sailing Cup.

Ostsee in Flammen

Quite different, but equally impressive is the "Groemitz Summer Light Festival”. Six events - free of charge -  inspired by the interplay of lights, lasers, illuminations, fireworks and music, whether quiet lounge music in the spa park, a Caribbean dance party in the Marina or party hits on Lenste Beach.

The crowning finale as every year in August will be the spectacular display of fireworks “Baltic Sea on Fire”.

Those who come to Grömitz in autumn can among other things look forward to a culinary highlight: in October, Grömitz’s chefs treat their guests to maritime culinary delights in the pleasant ambiance of a white beach tent just by the sea.

The resort on the sunny side of the Baltic Sea is also a good tip to end the year in a different way: drinking hot mulled wine on the winter market, eating a fragrant homemade waffle, taking a carriage ride through the winter sun and fresh sea air. Does this suit your taste?

Groemitz gives you memories all year round.
