The perfect photo spot with the best view—now at a new location

The Grömitz Sonnenshuttle kicks off its new season on May 4, 2026—with a revised route and a tried-and-true concept: Through September 27, the shuttle will provide a comfortable, flexible, and eco-friendly connection between the “Lensterstrand” and the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz.

The Fehmarn Belt region is brimming with energy, ideas, and people who want to make a difference. This is exactly where BoB—Best-of-Baltic—comes in: a movement initiated by young people that brings together people from Lübeck to just outside Copenhagen. Funded by Interreg, BoB unites residents, visitors, businesses, schools, and organizations with a common goal—to make their region sustainable and a great place to live.

The well-known and popular sing-along concert for everyone will return to the OstseeFerienLand in 2026 for five dates. Under the direction of Sören Schröder (known for the “Deine Stadt singt” events) this year’s series of events will kick off on April 30, 2026, at the Museumshof in Lensahn, where, starting at 7:00 p.m., everyone will sing their hearts out together with Sören Schröder.

The popular music festival “Sun, Beach [&] Stars” will take place from July 1 to 5, 2026, on Grömitz Beach and offers a diverse program for the whole family. Now that the first program highlights and artists have been announced, another highlight is taking center stage: The festival program is being expanded to include children’s concerts and activities, which will take place in the afternoons from Wednesday through Friday and round out the family-friendly offerings.
