The Grömitz Tourism Service is seeking a seasonal employee to assist the beach house team starting July 1, 2026, on a part-time basis (m/f/d), with a fixed-term contract ending August 31, 2026.

We offer you:

• A varied seasonal position in a dedicated, supportive team (assisting with children's activities, events, and more)
• Working hours that will mainly take place in the morning
• a workplace right on the beach :)
• performance-based compensation in accordance with the TVöD

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting the beach house team with children’s activities (crafts, supervision, etc.), advising our guests, and planning and organizing events (such as baking bread on a stick, kids’ Olympics, etc.)

Pay and working conditions are governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Public Sector (TVöD).
