The Grömitz Tourism Service is looking for a dedicated and motivated employee to join the team as soon as possible for the

Team member at the Tourism Service Center (m/f/d) – full-time (39 hours/week), initially on a fixed-term contract through31.12.2028

You should have some experience in advising and providing information to guests, as well as in arranging vacation accommodations. Ideally, you know Grömitz like the back of your hand. A completed vocational training program in business or tourism is required. Your workplace will be both at the Tourist Information Office on the pier plaza and at the accommodation booking desk at the Tourism Service, Neuer Markt 1.

Your responsibilities:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them book the perfect accommodation and plan their vacation once they arrive. You’ll assist our hosts in successfully renting out their properties and ensuring they’re presented professionally on our online booking platform. Service and guest communication are your top priorities.

  • Guest Assistance with a Personal Touch and Professional Expertise (in person, by phone, or by email)
  • Sale of our merchandise at the Tourist Information Center
  • Creating Travel Packages
  • Support and guidance for our hosts to ensure the best possible placement of accommodations
  • Data maintenance within the "Optimale Präsentation" placement system (information, images, calendar)

What we expect from you:

  • Apprenticeship as a tourism and leisure business administrator or comparable qualification
  • Previous work experience in the tourism industry is a plus
  • An open personality and a service-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with the area is an advantage

The Grömitz Tourism Service is looking for

a pool attendant (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis

for its water and wellness paradise, the “Grömitzer Welle.”

Grömitzer Welle opened in July 2015 and features 1,000 m² of water area, a wave pool, an adventure pool, a hot tub, a lazy river, a slide, numerous classes, health, and entertainment programs, a large wellness area, a steam room, various saunas—Finnish, light, and Biovital, as well as a panoramic area with ocean views — relaxation areas, a rain shower, an ice fountain, an outdoor pool, dining options, bar and restaurant areas, outdoor terraces, and much more.

You’re a good fit for this exciting role if you have solid technical knowledge and skills and want to help create a wonderful experience for our pool guests as a host.

Your responsibilities:

  • Adherence to proper operating procedures,
  • Carrying out water safety supervision independently and on one's own initiative,
  • Overseeing sauna operations,
  • active customer service and retention,
  • Ensuring service quality,
  • Offering course programs, particularly swimming lessons, services, and special promotions,
  • Maintaining operational safety and technical operations,
  • Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of the swimming facilities.

  • Completed training as an assistant swimming instructor or pool operations specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training,
