➤ Commission rate of 12.00% (net) per successful booking made through our websites and affiliated sales channels, plus a one-time setup fee of 100 euros for the first property, 35 euros for each additional property, and 25 euros for 10 or more properties, plus applicable VAT in each case.
B. Listing of your rental property, including an availability calendar, last-minute service, up to 25 photos, and a link to your own website on www.grömitz.de, www.ostseeferienland.de and www.groemitz-buchen.de.
➤ €159 net per year, plus a one-time setup fee per host. Each additional listing of one of your properties is subject to a one-time setup fee of €25 per host.

Stand out from the crowd and book a "GOLD POI LISTING" in the Baltic Sea Guide.
The Baltic Sea Guide is a digital companion for visitors and locals in the Lübeck Bay area, from Travemünde to Fehmarn. It brings together essential vacation information for everyone staying in our region. Using the location-based search, all relevant points of interest (shops, restaurants, attractions, etc.) around the user are displayed. This “Tourist Info to Go” encourages users to explore Lübeck Bay in even greater detail. In addition to a free basic offering, there are numerous options for promoting your own business or services within the app to present in a prominent way and to promote them specifically through innovative features.

The selection of GOLD POIs above the list is done by chance, there will be 6 out of a maximum of 30 GOLD POIs displayed across the entire region. The selection changes constantly, even after users apply various filters such as services, restaurants, etc. GOLD POIs are displayed regardless of the location filter selected; they apply to the entire Lübeck Bay region.
Prices for 2023/24
➤ €100 per GOLD POI for three months
➤ In addition, a gift certificate or certificates with a total value of €50 will be provided, which the tourism office can use for contests or similar events.
The price includes setup, development, and the creation of images and text, as well as the replacement of existing content, if desired.
