By registering for and participating in this event, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the relevant national governing body and the organizer’s terms of participation. I understand that my participation is at my own risk and that I waive any claims for liability against the organizer. I will not make any claims against the organizers and sponsors of this event, nor against the city hosting the event or its representatives, should I suffer any damage or injury as a result of participating in this event. I expressly confirm the accuracy of all the information I have provided and assure that I will not transfer my race number to any other person. The pre-race briefing is part of the event, and I will be present at the pre-race briefing. I declare that I am in good health and have a sufficient level of training. My participation is only valid after receipt of my registration and entry fee. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event of non-participation in the competition. Should the event be canceled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., storm, force majeure), the entry fee will likewise not be refunded! Registration is only valid once the entry fee has been received. Deletions and additions on the registration form are invalid. The German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply.

We process personal data for this event. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Below, we would like to inform you about how we process your data: For your registration and participation, we process your last name, first name, address (including other contact information), gender, and year of birth for the purpose of fulfilling the contract entered into, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

When compiling the start lists, waiting lists, and results lists, your last name, first name, bib number, gender, year of birth, age group, and club will be processed and published on the event website. We base this on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which consists of organizing the event as effectively as possible and keeping all participants as well-informed as possible, even if they are not located near the event venue. For registration and timing during the event, we receive support from an authorized provider. We have entered into a data processing agreement with this provider in accordance with Article 28(3) of the GDPR.

The starter and waiting lists will be deleted 48 hours after the event ends. We retain the list of certificates for one year to give you ample time to download your certificate. We store the results lists for two years to allow you to compare your results over time. During the event, we or a service provider authorized by the organizer will take photos or video footage that clearly relate to the sporting event and do not depict individual portraits. We will publish individual images as part of our public relations efforts to provide information about this event in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR on the internet, radio, television, in print media, or in books.

The person submitting a group registration hereby certifies that they will ensure that all individuals included in the registration are made aware of the organizer’s terms and conditions of participation and privacy policy in an appropriate manner.
