"It's finally happening!" says Franc Grimm from the INB at the University of Lübeck. Best of Baltic—or "BoB," as it's better known—has kicked off. A few years ago, students came up with the idea as part of a German-Danish project, and now it's becoming a reality through a three-year EU Interreg project.
